Creating Pathways

Volunteer or train in industry roles to help shape and diversify the arts sector. This programme gives members hands-on opportunities in the arts helping them gain real-world experience in the creative industries.

Part-time volunteer

  • You will provide guidance and direction, helping shape our strategic priorities, artistic programming and environmental initiatives. Our Steering Group is made up of active members, ensuring that young people have a voice in how the organisation develops.

  • Play a key role in our live events - you’ll help produce and deliver parts of our events and showcases, with support and guidance, and be trusted to make decisions that shape the experience. You’ll also have opportunities to plan, shadow, and receive feedback.

  • A core part of our in-house publishing press No Disclaimers - you will be a editor on the process and help shape and deliver our anthologies, supported throughout the process and trusted to make decisions that influence the final publication.
